The committee of Liverpool Spiritualist Church, will always endeavour to extend a warm hand of friendship to anyone who enters the church, regardless of race, colour, religion or sexuality. We respect all opinions, and would like to think you will be able to respect ours.

Our Principles
In line with the Spiritualists’ National Union, we have adopted ‘The Seven Principles of Spiritualism’ which are …

1. The Fatherhood of God.
2. The Brotherhood of Man.
3. The Communion of Spirits and the Ministry of Angels.
4. The Continuous Existence of the Human Soul.
5. Personal Responsibility.
6. Compensation and Retribution hereafter for all the good and evil deeds done on earth.
7. Eternal progress open to every Human Soul.

What happens in our church?                                   

The format in our church is usually two-fold ……

1)  Demonstrations of Mediumship

We have services or events, featuring an invited ‘medium’, who ‘links in’ and relays messages from the spirit world to members of the audience. There is nothing to be afraid of, as it is all done in an atmosphere of Love & Light.

2)  Spiritual Healing

We have ‘Spiritual Healing’ sessions, where a healer acts as a ‘channel’. Healing energies are requested by the healer, then directed from the spirit world, passed through the healer and relayed to the patient. Healing is freely given, but donations are gratefully accepted. Note! All our healers are insured and registered with the S.N.U.healing committee.

Facilities

The church has a large refreshments room at the rear of the building, where refreshments are available (at a small charge) before and after every service. We also have a raffle, with all profits going to the building fund.

Liverpool Spiritualist Church has wheelchair access and toilet facilities for the disabled. Please call prior to your arrival, to enable us to ease your entrance into the building.
